Smoke Causes Some Friday Game Cancellations [AUDIO]

Due to the current poor air quality conditions in the Missoula valley, the following athletic games have been cancelled
- · 3:00 p.m. Hellgate High School Sophomore football VS. Glacier High School game
- · 4:30 p.m. Big Sky High School Freshman football game VS. Sentinel High School game.
The Hellgate High School Varsity Football VS. Glacier High School game scheduled at 7 p.m. is still scheduled. Big Sky High School athletic director Brian Fortman says the school district has chosen not to put students at risk because of the smoky conditions.
A decision on the varsity Homecoming game between Hellgate and Kalispell Glacier at Missoula County High School Stadium will be made at 6 p.m.
