Snow Day – Victor and Darby Schools
Over a foot of snow fell in places in the Bitterroot Valley, following two days of snow, with two schools taking a “snow day” Monday, February 24.
Victor and Darby will not have classes Monday, due to heavy amounts of snow in the vicinity.
Meanwhile, with the main part of the snowstorm passing over Stevensville, the buses will be running two hours late for students attending Stevensville and Lone Rock.
The Idaho Department of Transportation has again closed US 12 on the Idaho side of Lolo Pass, due to avalanche concerns. Avalanches in previous years have closed that road for days at a time.
KLYQ will keep you updated on closures and delays right here and on the air at 1240 AM.
