New Orleans is Celebrating Mardi Gras – See It Now
February 12, 2013 Many of my friends have been in New Orleans for either the big Jazz Festival or the world-famous Mardi Gras parades.
I have not been there, but I often check on the fun via the Internet. One of the best places we've found for a variety of Webcams and "real people" having fun (like Art Mann's cable show) is the page provided by the New Orleans newspaper - The Times-Picayune
