I want to start out by saying that I don’t condone eating donuts or junk food all the time, but every now and then, or on special occasions, I do enjoy eating a donut. I’m a baker. I love to bake pretty much anything from cakes and pies, to rolls, breads and cookies. You name it, I’ve baked it. It is the best of both worlds, the delicious honey and butter taste, without the mess of the honey and disaster of always trying to figure the dollop of butter and squirt of honey ratio.
