Director Tamar Stanley and the Bitter Root Preservation Society Board came up with thefundraising idea and invited Jona Roe to play piano, Mike and Tari Conroy to sing and play the bluegrass portion of the night and the Presbyterian Church Bell Choir to provide a unique centerpiece for the event

December 28, 2012 Last year, the Hamilton July 4th fireworks display nearly didn't happen.
The city provided over $4,000 and local businesses, organizations and individuals put up the rest to cover the $10,000 show.
This year, again, the City of Hamilton has set up an account and deposited $2,500 to get things started to pay for an aerial display above the Ravalli County Fairgrounds

This is the second year for the Mammo Men competition - allowing men to show their support for the fight against breast cancer

The Hamilton merchants and Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital have teamed up with the Soroptimists to Sprinkle Pink all over Hamilton with donations made to the mammography fund at the hospital
