Baucus Announces Shelby Grant

Montana Senator Max Baucus today announced a nearly $10 million Department of Transportation grant to complete a centralized freight facility in Shelby, MT. The Intermodal Hub will be at the crossroads of Interstate-15, Highway 2, and the Great Northern railway and should create hundreds of jobs, reduce transportation and shipping costs for Montana businesses, and make it easier to export Montana products worldwide through West Coast ports
