Over 300 Families Are Helped
December 17, 2011 The Bitterroot Kiwanis have done it again! This yeara, the club, facing a financial shortfall in their annual food drive, made a public appeal and the community responded. It enabled the club to gather food for over over 300 families in what has been the longest continuously running Christmas Food Drive in Ravalli County

It’s “Crunch Time” For Kiwanis Food Drive
December 9, 2011 For 30 years, the Bitterroot Kiwanis have been conducting a Christmas food drive. The club started with simple a collection of food, including drop-off boxes at area grocery stores. Over the years, as the need grew, the members realized that buying caselots of discount prices from area grocery stores made it easier to put together the individual boxes of food for families in need in the valley
