What to do with the Lake trout in Flathead Lake? The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes want to gill-net thousands of Lake trout to keep the lake safe for native Bull trout…however, Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks are backing away from a NEPA (National Environmental Police Act) proposal so they can have more time to gather options.
