I love movies, and I especially love watching a good movie that was filmed in Montana. It’s even more exciting if the movie is filmed in Missoula. It’s so cool to watch all the different scenes and say, “Hey! I know where that is!” I’m sure you all agree with me when I say that Montana is THE most beautiful place, and most definitely the best backdrop for any film genre
Jason Statham is one of the few B movie action stars that gets his films released theatrically these days, and there's something sad about that. This January brings his latest, 'Parker' and we've come to appreciate the latest Statham offerings as one might a 2 A.M. trip to a fast food joint: It may not be great, but it usually delivers what you were expecting.
Currently, the big Consumer Electronics Show (or CES) is taking place, and we've been hearing some interesting stories coming out of it, but the coolest thing so far is this new trailer for Guillermo del Toro's 'Pacific Rim.' With college football bowl games happening now, Pixar has made an ad for their college-themed film 'Monsters University' and unleashed it during the games. It's the sort of clever ad that gives hope that the prequel to 'Monsters, Inc.' has a couple tricks up its sleeve.
Well, now we know why the box office was so incredibly light last week: everyone was waiting to see things this week! Although 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' clung to the top spot for the third week in a row, it was a very tight race, with only $4 million separating the top three films.

When you think of the possible candidates for "Most Pirated Movie of 2012: (a dubious honor, to be sure), a few titles instantly spring to mind: 'The Avengers', 'The Dark Knight Rises', 'The Amazing Spider-Man', to name a few. But oddly enough, none of those major blockbusters top the list. No, the film that was pirated the most is one that, at this stage of the year, is something of an afterthought.
