Keeton is New Treasurer

Marie Keeton was sworn in this week as the Ravalli County Treasurer, ending a tumultuous episode in the office. Newly elected treasurer Marie Hudson-Smith resigned last month following criticism of her performance and Ravalli County Commissioners advertised the position and last week picked Keeton, who was most recently chief deputy treasurer in the office.
