The city of Stevensville was going to have a meeting this past week, June 11, to discuss a new ordinance that would impose restrictions on properties near the Stevensville airport, but things didn't work out as planned.
Property owners in Stevensville became very concerned a few weeks ago when the town proposed a new ordinance that would have limited the height of trees in a two-mile area around the airport to just five feet without a permit.
Though these swans could be from an area just a bit north of us in Montana, other birds are beginning their migrations, which often includes a short stay at the Bitterroot's little treasure - the Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge
