Teens Charged With Mailbox Explosion [AUDIO]

Several teenagers were apprehended Wednesday night after allegedly placing an explosive device inside a residential mailbox and setting it off. Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Travis Welsh says a witness supplied authorities with the license number of the suspects vehicle.
Welsh says the youths may be charged with felony criminal michief, and were fortunate not to have been injured by the explosive device. My interview with Sergeant Welsh is below.
