The Corvallis School in 1920

Corvallis, by the way, had the first public school district in the valley and you’ll note that it is listed as School District #1 in Ravalli County.
At one point, there were 90 school districts in the valley – many of them were one-room schools. The Como School north of Darby has been preserved and is true step back in time.
