Cowboys and cowgirls of all ages are invited to this year's Cowboy Ball at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds Saturday, February 11.

The Ravalli County Fair Rodeo Committee is making the whole family welcome to the 6th annual evening. Besides great dancing music from Russ Nasset and the Revelators, the Fairgrounds Event Center will have a special area just for the kids with rodeo-themed activities.

The live auction has some very nice offerings and the "Calf Pie Bingo" contest will be letting Mother Nature determine the winner in the northwest corner of the building.

Admission is $10 at the door. Inside, you can purchase food from Moose Creek Barbeque and liquid refreshments, provided by Rainbow Bar and Poker Room, according to fairgrounds manager Cryss Anderson. She said there will be fun "games of chance," too.

The dance is a fundraiser to continually improve the rodeo arena at the fairgrounds. The project this year is an improved public address system.
