We're pretty sure that tickets will be scarce by Saturday, March 23, when Lunasa takes the stage at the Hamilton Performing Arts Center.

One of the premiere Irish bands is paying us a visit this weekend. As part of the annual Bitterroot Performing Arts Series, Lunasa will entertain with a Celtic flair, starting at 8 p.m.

According to a Bitterroot Performing Arts Series press release, the band is named for an ancient Celtic harvest festival honoring the irish god Lugh, patron of the arts. Members have come from Irish groups The Waterboys, Coolfin, The Sharon Shannon Band and Karan Casey Band.

The Performing Arts Center at Hamilton High School will be filled with great sounds Saturday night.

Tickets are on sale at the box office, 127 West Main in Hamilton at (406) 363-7946 or online at www.bARTc.org.
