The Maple Tree Sap is Flowing at the Daly Mansion in the Bitterroot

Capturing the syrup essentials from the Mansion maples. (KLYQ Photos)Every year for over a decade now, the maple trees the line the entrance road to Hamilton’s Daly Mansion have been providing some sweet stuff for the mansion’s own brand of maple syrup.

Every Friday, a crew of volunteers prepares the collected juices, and jars of the sweet syrup is given away and sold during the year. It’s become a tasty

tradition at the mansion.
