The Hamilton School Board is having a special public hearing Monday evening, November 7, to discuss the future.

Superintendent Tom Korst said the board is looking at operating budget funding, improvement of the district facilities and other issues that the district might face in the coming years.

The board members would like to have the public's input on a number of possibilities, so the public hearing has been set for the Hamilton High School Performing Arts Center at 6 p.m.

The board will present the current picture of the school district and then discuss plans that past administrations have proposed, along with some recent plans.

The school may be having general fund levy or bond requests on May school election ballot.
