The Frenchtown Broncs hosted the Hamilton Broncs Friday night in a matchup between the two top teams in the division. The Broncs won ... the Hamilton Broncs, that is. The final score was Hamilton 21 Frenchtown 6.

Frenchtown scored first in the opening quarter, but failed to make the PAT. In that same quarter Hamilton made a touchdown and converted a 2-point conversion, leading 8 to 6 as the second quarter started. Hamilton scored again in the second quarter, but missed the point after and at the half Hamilton led 14 to 6.

Both teams were scoreless in a defensive third quarter, but Hamilton roared back in the final period and won the game 21 to 6. Hamilton is undefeated on the season and is one of the top Class A teams in the state.
