Six homes and six different styles await audiences at the annual Bitterroot Tour of Homes this weekend.

The tour is in its 18th year and features homes from north of Florence to south of Hamilton in one of the widest variety of locations ever. The Burr Creek Lookout is hidden away on the west side of the valley, at the base of the Bitterroot Mountains and the D.A.M. Ranch is equally tucked into the Sapphire Mountains on the east side of the valley. In between are homes featuring classic farmhouse design (with wraparound porch) with settings that highlight the valley.

Advance tickets are $8 and are available Thursday at Massa Home Center, the Ravalli Republic office and the Missoulian office. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you can buy tickets at any of the homes on the tour for $10. The tickets are good for all three days of event - Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
