November 3, 2 a.m., happens twice this weekend as Mountain Daylight Time returns to Mountain Standard Time. The clocks were turned ahead one hour in the spring and now they are turned back one hour, just to upset your internal time sense.

The phrase "Spring Forward, Fall Back" simply means a quick adjustment of one hour becakwards. The easiest way to do it is to set your clocks back when you go to bed Saturday night and Sunday morning, everything will be on time ... except those clocks you've forgotten. And there's always one or two. Good luck.
