The Corvallis Lady Bluedevils edged out the Hamilton Lady Broncs in the Western A Divisional Championship Saturday night. Corvallis took an early lead and led throughout the game until the final quarter. Corvallis led 16 to 8 at the end of one, 25 to 18 at the half and it was Corvallis 34, Hamilton 27 as the fourth quarter started. Then the Lady Broncs caught up and took the lead, which passed back and forth in an extended final period with time-outs, fouls and referee-coach discussions. The final score - Corvallis 44 Hamilton 43.

The win topped great runs for both teams in the tournament as Corvallis defeated Columbia Falls and Whitefish to get to the final matchup and Hamilton's wins included Ronan and Frenchtown. Both teams will be traveling to Billings for the State A tournament March 12-14. KLYQ will again carry the Lady Bronc games.
