The 5th Annual Bitterroot Cowboy Ball will rock the Event Center at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds Saturday, February 13.

The full evening of activities starts at 5:30 p.m. and will keep goin' 'til the cows come home (which could be around midnight). Admission this year is $10 per person. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Event Center.

Deborah Rogala said a new feature this year is a dance contest, which will start shortly after 5:30 p.m. After that, an auction is planned, "calfpie" bingo, and voting for best hat, best boots and best britches. Dancing will be to the sounds of "406."

"Up N Smokin'" out of Philipsburg will be cooking up the barbeque and the Rainbow Bar is providing the liquid refreshments. Tickets are available at the door. The proceeds help improve the rodeo grounds.
