Though both Hamilton Broncs and Lady Broncs trailed during their Thursday night basketball games, the two teams defeated the Corvallis Blue Devils and Lady Blue Devils.

For the boys, the Hamilton Broncs were at the Corvallis gym and the game went into double overtime to decide the winner. After one quarter, Hamilton led 10 to 2, and at the half the Broncs were ahead 20 to 14. Then in the 3rd quarter, the Blue Devils went on a 10 to 3 scoring run and were suddenly leading the game.
