A lopsided score Friday night in Corvallis as the Hamilton Broncs defeated the Corvallis Blue Devils 53 to 6 in class A high school football. The Broncs scored early and often in their march to the victory. By the end of the first quarter, they already had 25 points and they almost doubled that in the second quarter, leading at half-time 46 to 0 over the Blue Devils.

The second half brought less scoring, but Corvallis did cross the goal line in the final quarter, bringing out the final score 53 to 6. The Broncs have two wins under their belt in the season. Last week, Butte Central forfeited the game, giving Hamilton a win. The score for a forfeit is 21-0. Hamilton and Stevensville will meet for the third game of the season next week.
