The Marcus Daly Tree of Lights will be lit as part of a ceremony Saturday at the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton.

The December 12 event will start at 3 p.m. in Conference Rooms B & C at the hospital for refreshments. The ceremony moves to the hospital's new Blodgett/Canyon View conference rooms, where names of those who've passed away will be read. The ceremony will include music and candles.

Following that, the crowd will go outside, next to the Hospice main entrance on the south side of the hospital, for the tree lighting (see photo).

You can still have a loved one's name remembered with a light on the tree for $5. Ornaments are being sold for $15 and other levels of donation help the Hospice Center supply special needs to those they serve.
