The Hamilton Broncs traveled across the state for their Class A Semi-final game against the Miles City Cowboys and had a long drive back to Western Montana, falling short by a score of 28 to 14.

The first half was a defensive battle, with Miles City stopping the Bronc offense. The Cowboys, on the other hand, scored a touchdown in the first quarter, scored again in the second quarter and just before the halftime, made another TD. At the half, Miles City led 21 to 0. Hamilton fired up its offense in the second half, scoring first in the third period, but Miles City responded with a touchdown early in the fourth quarter. It was a busy quarter, with Hamilton scoring next, bringing the score to 28 to 14. The Cowboys moved down the field, running time off the clock. Hamilton stopped the Cowboys six inches from the end zone with three minutes left and started a drive, but Miles City intercepted the ball. However, the Cowboys couldn't move the ball. Hamilton got one more chance to score but also couldn't reach the end zone. The final was Miles City 28 Hamilton 14. Miles City will play in the championship next weekend against Laurel. Laurel defeated Dillon 21 to 12 earlier in the weekend.
