The Montana College Fair traveling show is coming to Hamilton High School next week. The free event will be at the Hamilton High gymnasium Tuesday, September 24, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Earlier in the day, from 8:45 a.m. to 11 a.m. the post-secondary representatives will be in Missoula at the University of Montana Center Ballroom.

Amy Leary of the Montana Post Secondary Educational Opportunities Council said the fairs give students a chance to meet representatives of colleges and universities, tech and trade schools and military branches both in-state and out-of-state. Students, along with the general public and parents, are encouraged to see the wide variety of post-secondary opportunities. An additional incentive is a drawing for the College Cash Scholarship program where a random drawing will award scholarships to some of the students attending the 18 college fairs in Montana. The college fairs have been touring the state since September 9 and will wrap up in the Flathead next Thursday.
