Ravalli County now has 9 active COVID-19 cases, according to Public Health officials. There were three new infections reported Wednesday, September 16. They were all women, one in her 70's, one in her 20s and the other in her 60s. They were in close contact with previously known positive cases. No one is hospitalized.

As with all positive tests, Public Health is working with the families to determine close contacts to make make further tests or quarantines. A quick response by residents can significantly help break the chain of transmission.

Tuesday, Ravalli County Public Health reported four new cases, two men and two women. If you have a known exposure to someone with COVID-19, you should self-quarantine and call public health for more information at 375-6672.
