As the Presidential election continues in the grip of controversy, officials in Missoula County are pleased with how the election process itself was carried out.
Governor Steve Bullock at a press conference in Helena on Thursday ordered the Secretary of State and county election officials to add mail-in ballots to traditional polling place voting to the upcoming general election.
With just over 30 percent voter participation in the mail ballot election for the MCPS bond issue, the vote as of 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday was 9,495 'yes' and 7,636 'no'.
