The Ravalli County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing Missoula man who is thought to be in the Blodgett Canyon area, west of Hamilton.

Ravalli County Sheriff Chris Hoffman announced on Tuesday afternoon, that the active search in the mountains near Stevensville for George Alex Baumann has been officially suspended.

The search for 56-year-old George Alex Baumann of Stevensville has intensified in Ravalli County.

The Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing 56-year-old Stevensville man.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office has positively identified the body of a man found near Pablo as that of Bernard Carlson, 69, of Whitefish.

David Phillip Kaiser, 54, reported missing on June 29, spoke to Ravalli County Sheriff's detectives at his home in Victor on Monday afternoon. Ravalli County Sheriff Chris Hoffman said the search for Kaiser went regional.

Friends and family of 26 year-old Adam Baker are asking the public for information on his whereabouts.
