The Sunday April 12 Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services report showed a gain of 10 positive tests with 5 of those in Toole County, now with 25. Gallatin County had 3 new cases for a Sunday total of 138, Missoula had a new positive test - now at 30, and Yellowstone County (Billings) is up 1 at 58 positive tests. There were no new cases in Flathead County at 34, Silver Bow at 11, Lake County at 5, Ravalli County at 3 and Beaverhead County at 1. Statewide, six have died, 22 people are under active hospitalization and 169 have recovered.

In Ravalli County, the COVID-19 Emergency Operations Center is closed for Easter and will be in its regular hours Monday, April 13, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Ravalli County Sheriff's Office thanks Hamilton's Botanical Superstore for a donation of 64 bottles of hand sanitizer for the first responders and they thank Donaldson Brothers and Snowy Mountain Rifles for food and coffee gift card donations for the Public Health COVID-19 Team. The COVID-19 Incident Management Team reminds the public to wear masks (homemade are fine), wash your hands often, use disinfectant and keep that 6-foot social distancing both indoors and outside.
