Monday, Ravalli County Public Health posted three new positive tests for COVID-19. Public Information Officer Joseph Hopkins reported the new cases as a child under the age of 15 and a woman in her thirties - both retlated to travel. The third case is a female under the age 20 and is likely due to community spread. That makes 8 active cases in the county with one person hospitalized.

There was a change in Friday's report. A husband and wife in their 70s tested positive for the coronavirus but were determined to be out-of-state residents. Therefore, they will not be on the county's active case list.

Public Health again advises you that if you have symptoms of COVID-19, call your healthcare provider. Also, if you have a known exposure to someone who has COVID-19, please self-quarantine and call Public Health for further information. The number is (406) 375-6672.
